Do you have a passion for customer service and an interest in the motor industry? We are looking for a customer-focused and organised Service Advisor to join our team at Toyota Morecambe. In this role, you'll be the key link between our customers and our workshop, ensuring top-quality service from start to finish. This is a full time role and typically you will be expected to work Monday to Friday and alternative Saturdays on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and handling service bookings efficiently.
- Advising customers on necessary repairs, services and estimated costs.
- Promoting the sale of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible.
- Keeping customers informed on their vehicle's progress and any additional work required.
- Liaising with Technicians to ensure smooth workflow in the service department.
- Processing invoices and payments accurately.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
What we offer:
- A competitive basic salary of up to £28,090.45 per annum (dependant on experience), concluding to £36,890.45 per annum including OTE.
