We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our brand-new Parts Call Centre. You will receive inbound calls on behalf of our 10 Parts Departments across the group. Your main focus will be inbound Trade Sales with a small element of retail customers, whilst also making outbound calls to generate new Trade customers and re-establishing contact with lapsed Trade customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing pricing information, with the intent to gain customers' business and build a strong rapport.
  • Ordering the required parts for delivery to the customer's local Vantage centre, as agreed with the customer.
  • Agreeing payment and delivery schedule of Parts to Trade customers within our delivery area.

Customer experience is at the centre of everything we do. This is a customer-focused role and will involve dealing with our valued customers whilst also liaising with our dealerships to resolve any issues.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • Be confident, professional and an enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering great customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Have the ability to build a long-lasting relationship with our customers and have a good understanding of their needs in order to guide them towards the product they require.
  • Have gained experience in stock ordering in a similar role.
