We’re now looking for a Service Advisor to join our friendly, customer-focused Aftersales team. If you’re organised, professional, and enjoy helping people, this could be your perfect next step.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and managing service bookings in a professional, efficient manner
- Advising customers on recommended repairs, services, and estimated costs
- Upselling genuine Toyota parts, accessories, and value-added services
- Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle’s journey in our workshop
- Liaising with technicians to ensure smooth and timely job completion
- Processing invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
- Providing a warm, helpful, and consistent customer experience every time

- Basic salary up to £26,984.10 (dependent on experience)
- On-target earnings up to £35,784.10
- 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), rising to 33 with length of service
