Do you have a passion for customer service and an interest in the motor industry? We are looking for a customer-focused and organised Service Advisor to join our team at Toyota Morecambe. In this role, you'll be the key link between our customers and our workshop, ensuring top-quality service from start to finish. This is a full time role and typically you will be expected to work Monday to Friday and alternative Saturdays on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and handling service bookings efficiently.
  • Advising customers on necessary repairs, services and estimated costs.
  • Promoting the sale of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible.
  • Keeping customers informed on their vehicle's progress and any additional work required.
  • Liaising with Technicians to ensure smooth workflow in the service department.
  • Processing invoices and payments accurately.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience to maintain high satisfaction and retention.

What we offer

  • A competitive basic salary of up to £28,090.45 per annum (dependant on experience), concluding to £36,890.45 per annum including OTE.
  • Ongoing training both with our manufacturer and in-house, and careers development opportunities.

  • 30 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) which increases with service along with various other benefits, including a contributory workplace pension scheme.
