Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days on-site) for a Researcher/Executive Assistant. The Researcher/Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting senior Consultants/Partners in the business through research, candidate sourcing and management, scheduling, and administrative coordination, utilising our AI systems and agents. This position requires excellent organisational skills, strong research capabilities, and confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are implementing an industry-leading AI platform/CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and candidate research to support executive search projects
- Manage Partners calendars, meetings, etc.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing materials
- Maintain and update candidate databases and records, utilising AI
- Support project coordination and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
- Self-motivated individual and success and financially driven
- Ideally, previous experience in an executive search or recruitment support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace/AI and familiarity with CRM/ATS systems
- Ability to conduct structured online research and present findings clearly
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle multiple tasks
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
