This is a full-time on-site role for a Researcher/Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant/Researcher will play a key role in supporting senior consultants/Partners in the business through research, candidate sourcing, scheduling, and administrative coordination. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong research capabilities, and confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and candidate research to support executive search projects
  • Manage consultants’ calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing materials
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and records
  • Support project coordination and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative, research, or recruitment support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM/ATS systems
