Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Sale, Cheshire for a Sales and Leasing Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for managing lease agreements, ensuring resident retention, and handling lease administration. Daily tasks will include providing excellent customer service, creating and maintaining leasing documents, and effective communication with clients throughout the lease process. The consultant will work closely with potential and existing clients to meet their leasing needs and ensure satisfaction.
