Vantage Education Partners is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, family-run nursery group in the St Ives area. We are seeking a confident, caring and experienced Toddler Room Lead to take responsibility for a busy and engaging toddler room within a well-established early years setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner or current room leader who is passionate about supporting children during this important stage of their development.
You will lead by example, support your team and help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where toddlers can build confidence, independence and curiosity.
