You will partner with the EMEA ER team and a shared services model to deliver consistent HR outcomes across the region. You help shape policies, onboarding, and performance processes while advising senior leaders on people risk and culture. This is an opportunity to drive a high-performance, inclusive environment in a fast-paced, global company. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li health and welfare /li li retirement /li li paid leave /li li above market total compensation package /li li training and development /li li recognition programs /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations /li li Collaborate on compensation reporting with the Compensation team /li li Advise on employment law, customs, and practices for UK, Ireland, and South Africa /li li Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local laws and cultural practices /li li Manage employee relations and ensure fair policy application /li li Act as point of contact for Navex cases and surface trends to country leaders and P C partners /li li Conduct or support training on local employment laws and HR practices with EMEA L D /li li Oversee recruitment and onboarding to ensure regulatory compliance and cultural fit /li li Implement and manage local performance management aligned with customs and practices /li li Prepare and present People metrics and compliance reports /li li Drive local employee engagement with business leads /li li Set behavioural expectations in-country /li li Serve as ambassador for the P C team /li li Maintain country-level alignment with business objectives and site operations /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field /li li Minimum of 10 years of senior HR experience with focus on employment law and practices in UK and Ireland /li li In-depth knowledge of local employment laws, customs, and HR best practices /li li Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical/problem-solving abilities /li /ul ul li Cultural sensitivity /li li Attention to detail /li li Leadership /li li Adaptability /li li Stakeholder management and collaboration /li li Navex familiarity /li /ul
