Vantage Data Centers is seeking a seasoned VP of Global HR Technology & People Platforms to own the enterprise HR tech stack, including Workday and a new HR service delivery platform. You will lead end‑to‑end design, automation and governance to transform workforce planning, talent deployment and employee experience on a global scale.

You will report to the Chief People Officer and drive platform strategy, data governance and AI enablement to deliver measurable business outcomes across HR.
