Vantage Consulting are an award-winning, specialist engineering recruitment business, currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This role is pivotal in supporting the continued growth of the business through the attraction, engagement, and hiring of top talent across our UK and US teams. Working closely with hiring managers and leadership, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and alignment with our company values and culture.

About the Role
As the successful Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying and attracting high-performing recruitment talent into the business. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the organisation to understand hiring needs, manage recruitment processes, and help drive our employer brand and talent strategy.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business units
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through multiple channels
- Managing candidate experience throughout the interview and selection process
- Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
- Maintaining recruitment data and reporting metrics
- Ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, and aligned with company values
- Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
About You
To be successful in the role of Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be an organised, proactive, and people-focused individual with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You’ll embody our company values of “Value, Achieve, Never Give Up and Team”.
You should also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business
