I am looking for a driven, customer‑focused Sales Specialist to work within a global leader in the Energy sector to work within their service business across multiple customer segments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship‑building skills, and a passion for helping customers maximise performance, reliability, and safety.
The Service function plays a critical role in supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of assets that power the grid. You will specifically be working with substations and high‑voltage systems to transformers and grid‑connection technologies, managing both existing and new business accounts.
As a Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of identifying unmet customer needs and shaping the solutions that address them:
- Act as the face‑to‑face point of contact for a wide range of customers, nurturing long-term relationships.
- Lead discussions and negotiations on contract baselines, commercial terms, and supporting documents.
- Ensure all commercial activities are executed accurately and within agreed timelines.

This role will involve regional and UK wide travel to customer sites, so a full UK license is required. Hybrid working is available within the role and you will manage your own diary with the possibility of overnight stays when required.
