Manage commercial sprinkler installation projects.
Oversee and coordinate site activities, labour, and subcontractors to maintain programme and quality standards.
Review design drawings, hydraulic calculations, and technical submittals.
Monitor project budgets, variations, and commercial performance.
Liaise directly with clients, consultants, main contractors and suppliers.
Produce and maintain project documentation including RAMS, O&M manuals, and commissioning certificates.
Drive site health and safety compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing sprinkler or fire protection projects.
- Experience delivering commercial, high-rise or mixed-use projects.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate large project teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and project planning skills.
- Good communication and client-facing skills.
- SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and full UK driving licence required.
