Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers across all construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements, including implementation of RAMS and permit systems.
- Monitor progress against programme and proactively manage site issues, delays and risks.
- Coordinate activities with project teams, designers and clients to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Carry out site inspections, quality checks and support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
- Maintain accurate site records and provide regular progress updates and reports.
- Promote a positive safety culture and maintain high standards of housekeeping and site management.
