I\’m working with an engineering business who have two major projects based in Liverpool (Aintree & Ellesmere Port). They are looking for a Commissioning Engineer with a mechanical bias, ideally with experience in the food & beverage sector.

The role:

  • Fully onsite, 5 days per week

  • Commissioning of mechanical systems on large-scale projects

  • Supporting installation, testing, and final handover

  • Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams

What we\’re looking for:

  • Strong commissioning experience with a mechanical background

  • Ideally food & beverage or process industry experience

  • Hands-on and able to work independently on-site

  • Contract-ready and available for a long-term project

Details:

  • Location: Liverpool (Aintree & Ellesmere Port)

  • Contract: Outside IR35

  • Rate: 40- 50 per hour

  • Duration: 6 months, with extensions expected until end of 2026
