About the Role
We are looking for a
Junior PLC Engineer to join a growing engineering team based in Runcorn.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mechanical or electrical engineering background who is looking to develop a long-term career in industrial automation.
You'll receive extensive training and support from experienced engineers, giving you the opportunity to develop your PLC programming skills while working on a variety of customer projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, programming and commissioning of PLC-based control systems.
- Assist with fault finding, testing and system modifications.
- Work alongside experienced engineers to deliver automation projects.
- Travel to customer sites across the UK when required.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide technical support.
- Continuously develop your technical knowledge through structured training and mentoring.
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative engineering team.
