Role Overview
A leading technology organisation is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to support a high-profile engineering programme based in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer to work on advanced engineering projects within a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of complex mechanical systems, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer within complex engineering environments
- Strong background in mechanical design, development, and documentation
- Experience using industry-standard CAD tools
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Active SC Clearance is essential
Contract Details
- Location: Edinburgh
- Contract Type: Outside IR35
- Working Pattern: 3-4 days per week onsiteRate: Negotiable depending on experience and suitability
