Management of stores including inventory checks quarterly Client Invoicing Project Admin – supporting PM's to deliver schemes. Issuing, tracking, logging of tasks and taking ownership. Creation/updating of Project Programmes + review with PM's at regular contractual intervals. Site readiness folder collation & date/paperwork checks (supporting engineers for site activities) Processing of deliveries Peripheral project documentation collation (non-technical) Meeting Minutes Management of access requests & relevant certification for peers, to client systems New starter onboarding involvement – tests & qualficiations/certifications. Organisation and management Project paperwork management (printing, compiling technical literature & shredding/decommissioning of old) Documentation upload and tracking to client portals Summary of Role Initially, functional project admin tasks including PM support & management of stores whilst understanding business. Intent is to grow Microsoft Project (Project Programme/Planner) expertise, to become a full time planner. Given the nature of our business, there will still be a requirement to support PM's on peripheral admin tasks. Although we have identified long-term requirement for Planner, there will be option for other roles should the candidate show particularly strength in another area and wish to persue. Time based.
