We are seeking an experienced Principal BMS Engineer to provide technical leadership across Building Management Systems (BMS), ensuring best-in-class design delivery and integration across complex building services environments.
Role Overview
Reporting to the BMS Controls Associate Director, you will play a key technical leadership role within the BMS function, supporting the design and delivery of high-quality, fully coordinated control systems across major projects. You will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring robust integration of BMS with associated systems including access control, security, fire systems, and client IT networks, while maintaining a strong focus on mechanical and electrical building services. This is a hands-on role working closely with internal engineering teams, clients, and external consultants to drive innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across project delivery.
