We're recruiting on behalf of a client for two experienced BMS Installers to join an active commercial project in Newcastle - Pilgrim One and Two, the new passport office. This is hands-on installation work across plant rooms and rooftop plant, ideal for a time-served electrician with genuine BMS experience looking for immediate, well-paid contract work.

The work:

  • BMS wiring, containment, and installation
  • Approximately 4 plant rooms to complete
  • Works across 2 rooftops
  • Working as part of a two-person squad, delivering to programme

What we're looking for:

  • Time-served, qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3, AM2 or equivalent)
  • General BMS installation experience - panels, wiring, or containment work on BMS/controls systems
  • Comfortable working independently in plant rooms and at height on rooftops
  • Valid electrical card (JIB, ECS, CSCS or equivalent) and up-to-date 18th Edition
  • Able to start immediately and commit to the full contract period
