A leading Building Management Systems specialist is seeking an experienced BMS Applications Engineer to join their team in North East England.

The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a BMS Applications Engineer looking to work on a variety of projects across commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors. In this hybrid role, you'll split your time between home, customer sites, and project locations across the North East. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from system design and software development through to commissioning and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Engineering and commissioning Building Management Systems
- Developing BMS software and graphics
- Delivering small works and project upgrades
- Carrying out site surveys and supporting system design
- Managing project delivery, programmes, and budgets
- Coordinating subcontractors and internal engineering teams
- Providing technical support and fault finding when required
About You:
We're looking for a BMS Applications Engineer with:
- Experience engineering and commissioning BMS systems
- Strong knowledge of Trend, IQ Vision, Siemens, and Tridium/Niagara
- Experience developing BMS software and graphics
- An Electrical or Electronic Engineering background
- A full UK driving licence
- ECS, CSCS or JIB accreditation (desirable)
- Experience with BACnet, Modbus, SIPP, Cylon or other BMS platforms would be advantageous.
