A Building Management Systems provider is seeking an experienced Service & Operations Manager to lead their Service & Commissioning department. This is a senior management role combining technical oversight, people leadership, and commercial responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary field engineers and office support staff
- Oversee maintenance, commissioning, service projects, and breakdown operations
- Full departmental P&L responsibility, budgeting, and forecasting
- Deliver small to medium service projects and retrofits
- Mentor, appraise, and develop team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to staff and clients
- Support business development and help achieve sales targets
