A Building Management Systems provider is seeking an experienced Service & Operations Manager to lead their Service & Commissioning department. This is a senior management role combining technical oversight, people leadership, and commercial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary field engineers and office support staff
  • Oversee maintenance, commissioning, service projects, and breakdown operations
  • Full departmental P&L responsibility, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Deliver small to medium service projects and retrofits
  • Mentor, appraise, and develop team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions to staff and clients
  • Support business development and help achieve sales targets
  • Act as a key member of the senior management team
