Are you an experienced Lead BMS Project Engineer looking to work on some of the biggest projects in London? This could be your perfect opportunity. I am currently representing a company that is looking to bring on an experienced Lead Design Engineer in London. They are seeking someone with a proven track record of leading BMS designs from specification through to completion. Ideally, you will have worked on either two or more large-scale BMS projects (each valued over £1 million) or spent a few years managing smaller-scale schemes, particularly within mission-critical environments such as controls, BMS, or network infrastructure.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee safe, high-quality site delivery
- Review technical documentation and identify any gaps or non-compliance
- Design energy-efficient BMS systems
- Produce supporting documents (e.g., commissioning checklists, network topologies)
- Coordinate testing across panels, software, and graphics
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Organise and manage commissioning and as-built data
- Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth integration
Desirable Skills & Experience
- BMS software development experience
- Tridium N4 certification
- 5+ years of commissioning experience
