- Ensure compliance with defence standards, safety, and security requirements.
- Conduct design reviews, trade studies, and performance assessments.
Experience / Skills:
- Proven experience in maritime or naval combat systems integration.
- Hardware-focused systems engineering experience, ideally in a technical/design authority role.
- Strong understanding of platform lifecycle, system architectures, and integration frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
