Role responsibilities:
- To coordinate and manage mechanical and/or electrical building services engineering projects from concept, survey, through to completion, ensuring compliance with UK legislation, industry standards, client requirements, and company procedures.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree, HNC/HND or equal experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in building services project engineering.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, BS standards, and health & safety legislation.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
- Membership of CIBSE, IET, or other relevant professional body.
- Experience with sustainable and renewable energy technologies.
- Understanding of BIM processes and standards (PAS 1192 / ISO 19650).
- Site experience in installation, commissioning, and fault-finding.
