Electronics Design Engineer – Contract (Edinburgh) We\’re looking for an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to support a mixed-signal development project through the full lifecycle, from concept to production. Project Scope: * Digital and analogue hardware design and verification using Altium. * FPGA development in VHDL alongside embedded microcontroller integration. * Design of low-power and high-performance circuits, including SMPS, ADC/DAC, and signal conditioning. * EMC design, test and fault resolution ensuring compliance with IEC standards. * Work closely with mechanical, firmware and test teams to deliver manufacturable, reliable designs. * Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly Details: Location: Edinburgh Contract: 6 months with potential extension Start: Immediate
