HVAC Cooling Engineers (3 Open Roles) - M4 Corridor £40,000-£55,000 + OT + Bonus + Van + Excellent Benefits
Location: Slough / Newport / South Wales (M4 Corridor)
Hours: Full-time | 9-5 | ASAP Start
I'm supporting a global engineering leader as they expand their specialist cooling service team. We are now looking for three experienced HVAC Cooling Engineers to join an established group working with advanced cooling technologies in critical environments, including data centres.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Commissioning and starting up newly installed cooling systems
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing chilled water, DX, economiser, in-row, perimeter, and containment systems
- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
- Supervising installation contractors and ensuring high-quality standards
- Working in critical customer environments, particularly data centres
- Using specialist software and tools for diagnostics, analysis, and reporting
- Following all safety, compliance, and reporting procedures
- Participating in a 1-in-5 on-call rota
What We’re Looking For
- F‑Gas qualified (City & Guilds Level 2+, NVQ, HNC in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning)
- Solid experience in cooling service roles
- Strong knowledge of critical cooling systems (data centre experience preferred)
- Experience with chillers; Turbo Core experience is a strong advantage
- Confident with technical software and diagnostic tools
- Full UK driving licence
- Willing to travel and complete manufacturer training in Italy (approximately 6 weeks in year one)
