We are recruiting HVAC Cooling Engineers to support the continued growth of a well-established and expanding specialist service team. You will join a highly skilled group of 11+ engineers and apprentices, primarily covering the M4 corridor, with occasional UK-wide travel and overnight stays when required.
The role focuses on commissioning, servicing, maintaining, and repairing critical cooling systems in high-dependency environments such as data centres. Engineers benefit from strong work-life balance, door-to-door travel, and industry-leading training.
Key Responsibilities- Commission and start up newly installed cooling systems
- Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on:
- Chilled water systems
- DX systems
- Economiser cooling
- In-row, perimeter, and containment cooling systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical and performance issues efficiently
- Supervise installation contractors and ensure best practice standards are followed
- Operate in critical environments, including data centres
- Use specialist software and applications for system diagnostics, analysis, and reporting
- Adhere to all health & safety, compliance, and reporting procedures
- Participate in an on-call rota (1 in every 5 weeks)
- Salary between £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
- Overtime
- Annual bonus: minimum 10% of salary based on personal and company performance
