We are recruiting HVAC Cooling Engineers to support the continued growth of a well-established and expanding specialist service team. You will join a highly skilled group of 11+ engineers and apprentices, primarily covering the M4 corridor, with occasional UK-wide travel and overnight stays when required.

The role focuses on commissioning, servicing, maintaining, and repairing critical cooling systems in high-dependency environments such as data centres. Engineers benefit from strong work-life balance, door-to-door travel, and industry-leading training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commission and start up newly installed cooling systems
  • Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on:
    • Chilled water systems
    • DX systems
    • Economiser cooling
    • In-row, perimeter, and containment cooling systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and performance issues efficiently
  • Supervise installation contractors and ensure best practice standards are followed
  • Operate in critical environments, including data centres
  • Use specialist software and applications for system diagnostics, analysis, and reporting
  • Adhere to all health & safety, compliance, and reporting procedures
  • Participate in an on-call rota (1 in every 5 weeks)
