Be part of a team dedicated to the provision of building management control systems nationwide, primarily within East Anglia.

Manage and engineer BMS projects to ensure that the works are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with the specification.

Design, supply, programme and engineer Building Management Systems (Trend & Schneider).

Work with in-house coordinators, clients, contractors, consultants and project managers in project planning and forecasting, ensuring that the necessary resources, tools, equipment and material are available to complete a project.

Understand the project specification and translate it into a solution.

Prepare Description of Operation documents, control panel drawings and electrical installation line diagrams.

Prepare final documentation such as O & M manuals.

Engineer controller software, produce graphics and set up operator workstations.

Manage the on-site delivery of electrical installation and commissioning people.

Handover and demonstrate completed works.

Complete necessary administration documentation such as timesheets and expenses forms.
