Contract Outline: Role: Building Services Field Engineer Sector: Energy from Waste Location: Cheshire Contract Length: 18 months IR35: Paid via CIS Rate: £45-50ph Role Description: Act as the on-site interface between the site and design teams, for an 8-story admin building adjacent to an EfW site, ensuring problems are dealt with quickly, so the project can progress. Essential Skills: Strong building services knowledge (e.g. electrics, HVAC, plumbing). Strong understanding of being based on large construction sites. Engineering background with capability of responding to 'Technical Queries' (TQ's). Urgency to move information fast and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Great stakeholder communication and a team player. Qualifications (must hold one or more of the below): CSCS card NPORS IOSH Managing Safely NEBOSH
