I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services company that is looking to add a skilled BMS Service Engineer to its team covering the Yorkshire region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with a background in Trend or Tridium systems to step into a key service and maintenance role.
Role Overview- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, etc.)
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults across commercial and industrial sites
- Software updates, controller reconfigurations, and strategy adjustments
- Monitoring and improving energy performance through BMS analytics
- Reactive maintenance and emergency callouts
- BMS hardware and panel modifications as systems evolve
- Producing clear service and fault reports
- Liaising with clients and site teams to ensure effective communication
- Proven experience in BMS service and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of Trend and/or Tridium systems
- Valid CSCS/ECS site card
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and professional attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- Initial telephone interview
- Face-to-face interview on-site or at company office
