This role combines planned preventative maintenance (PPM), small works commissioning, and reactive call-outs across a range of BMS platforms.\\n\\nYou'll work both independently and as part of a wider service team, with opportunities to mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge. If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, build strong client relationships, and work on varied projects – this could be the right next step.\\n\\nWhat You'll Be Doing\\n\\nCarry out PPM, small works commissioning and call-outs on BMS systems\\n\\nCommission and configure systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, and ALC (training provided where needed)\\n\\nProduce site reports, commissioning files, O&M documentation, and handover packs\\n\\nMaintain accurate backups, LAN maps, and site records in line with company standards\\n\\nSupervise junior engineers and subcontractors, ensuring safe working practices\\n\\nSupport projects from installation through to commissioning and handover\\n\\nEnsure compliance with H&S policies, risk assessments, and method statements\\n\\nDeliver strong client communication and maintain long-term relationships\\n\\nWhat We're Looking For\\n\\nEssential skills & experience:\\n\\nProven experience working with at least one major BMS system (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, or ALC)\\n\\nAbility to interpret, modify, and commission BMS control strategies\\n\\nStrong understanding of HVAC systems\\n\\nElectrically competent with sound technical problem-solving skills\\n\\nExcellent communication, organisation, and time management skills\\n\\nAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative service team\\n\\nDesirable:\\n\\nKnowledge of Niagara-based systems\\n\\nExperience leading small projects or supervising junior engineers\\n\\nCommercial awareness within the BMS industry
