We are urgently seeking experienced Contract BMS Commissioning Engineers to support multiple live projects across the North East. This is an immediate requirement, with engineers needed as soon as possible to join projects already underway.
The role involves commissioning Building Management Systems on large-scale, live environments. You will be responsible for both software and on-site commissioning activities, ensuring systems are delivered to specification and ready for handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Commissioning BMS systems on live sites
- Checking and validating field cabling and panels
- Software checks and commissioning using EcoStruxure / EBO
- Fault finding, testing, and system validation
- Supporting project teams through commissioning and handover
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer
- Strong Schneider Electric BMS background
- Solid working knowledge of EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO)
- Ability to work independently on fast-paced projects
- Eligible for security clearance (or willing to undergo vetting)
Rates
Β£420-Β£450 per day, dependent on experience
Availability
Immediate or short-notice availability preferred. January start required.
