About You
To be successful for the Associate Recruitment Consultant role, you'll be a highly driven and ambitious individual. You'll have experience building relationships and working to targets, ideally within a sales environment. You should also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Have a thirst for knowledge and self-development
- Be creative and have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
The Role
As the successful Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. You'll build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates in mid to senior level roles within a specialist engineering market. You can also expect to:
- Assess job specs and create adverts
- Proactively source specialist candidates
- Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video
- Manage interview and offer processes
- Gain specialist market information and leverage it to grow market share
- Manage relationships with new and existing businesses
- Sell our services to new clients and pitch for retained business
