Contract: 12 months, Outside IR35, Manchester, 1 day on-site

Rate: Β£60-Β£75 per hour (DOE)

Project Scope:

  • Design and validate RF subsystems (LNAs, PAs, synthesisers, filters) for advanced communication systems, covering simulation, prototyping, and system integration.

Technical Scope:

  • RF and analogue circuit design (LNAs, filters, mixers, amplifiers, RF synthesisers)
  • RF system- and component-level simulation
  • Integration of RF designs into mixed-signal PCB assemblies
  • Support for prototype bring-up, tuning, and debugging
  • Use of RF test equipment (spectrum analysers, VNAs, signal generators)
  • Experience designing systems for electrically noisy or harsh environments
