I\’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services company that is looking to add a skilled BMS Service Engineer to its team covering the Yorkshire region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with a background in Trend or Tridium systems to step into a key service and maintenance role.

Role Overview

  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, etc.)
  • Diagnosing and rectifying faults across commercial and industrial sites
  • Software updates, controller reconfigurations, and strategy adjustments
  • Monitoring and improving energy performance through BMS analytics
  • Reactive maintenance and emergency callouts
  • BMS hardware and panel modifications as systems evolve
  • Producing clear service and fault reports
  • Liaising with clients and site teams to ensure effective communication

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in BMS service and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of Trend and/or Tridium systems
  • Valid CSCS/ECS site card
  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset and professional attitude
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
