We are working with a leading independent BMS specialist to find an experienced Trend-biased BMS Service Engineer to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of sites - ranging from NHS facilities and schools to high-end residential projects - delivering service excellence and energy efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with site engineers and maintenance teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Completing PPM tasks, remedial works, and reactive calls
- Producing clear and accurate service/call-out reports
- Participating in the on-call rota (1 week in 6)
- Potential involvement in remedial installs, system validations, and energy optimisation reporting
Tech Stack:
Primarily Trend, with additional exposure to Tridium and Distech systems
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong Trend experience preferred (open to other BMS backgrounds)
- Methodical, solution-focused, and client-friendly
- Located within or near the South East London/M25 area
Package & Benefits:
- Salary: £30-40k (Trainee) / £40k+ (Senior) - up to £55k for highly experienced engineers
