We specialise in Tridium, Distech, Schneider and Siemens with the vast majority of our managed sites and on-going project work within the North West of England although we do occasionally work on sites outside of this region.
Job Responsibilities:
- System Commissioning: Lead the commissioning of BMS installations, ensuring systems operate as designed and meet client specifications.
- Programming and Configuration: Develop and implement software strategies for BMS controllers, integrating various building systems for seamless operation.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct comprehensive testing of BMS components and networks to validate system performance and reliability.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed commissioning reports, including test results, system configurations, and as-built documentation.
- Client Training: Provide training to clients and end-users on system operation, functionalities, and maintenance procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, design engineers and installation teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- BMS Experience: Proven experience in commissioning BMS systems, with proficiency with at least one of the following platforms such as Tridium, Distech, Schneider or Siemens. Familiarity with energy management and optimisation strategies within BMS.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of control systems, HVAC principles, and networking protocols related to BMS. Experience with integrating various building systems and third-party devices.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during the commissioning process.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to clients and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to testing and documentation to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Driving License: Valid UK driving license, with willingness to travel to various project sites as required within the midlands.
