People and Culture Administrator Grade E: £28,598 - £31,022 per annum, 37 hours per week x 52 weeks

Location: Salford, Manchester, Knowsley, Trafford, Bolton

Working closely with the People, Culture and Engagement Manager and People and Culture Business Partner you will:

  • We are looking for a professional and reliable individual who:
  • Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrates strong IT skills and confidence using HR/MIS systems
  • Has experience working with confidential data and compliance driven processes
  • Can manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Communicates effectively and builds positive working relationships
  • Is flexible, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement
  • Has access to transport to travel across the Trust schools

Experience in HR administration or education setting is desirable but not essential.
