Vantage CE Academies Trust is seeking an exceptional leader to take on a pivotal, high-profile role as Head of Safeguarding, Attendance, Behaviour & Culture.
Salary: NJC £71,330 per annum - £80,655 per annum - Permanent 37 hours per week
Location: Hybrid (Trust-wide working across schools in Salford, Manchester, Trafford, Bolton and Knowsley)

About the Role: Reporting to the Chief Learning and Partnerships Officer, you will provide strategic leadership across safeguarding, attendance and behaviour.
- Lead and continuously develop Trust-wide safeguarding systems as the Lead DSL
- Drive improvements in attendance, removing barriers and ensuring every child is engaged in learning
- Shape a consistent, inclusive and high-expectation behaviour and culture strategy
- Provide expert guidance, challenge and support to senior leaders across all academies
- Work collaboratively with schools, families and external agencies to secure positive outcomes
This role is central to ensuring our Trust provides safe, calm and purposeful environments where every pupil can succeed.
