Vantage at Wakefield is looking to hire a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide top-tier rehabilitation services to our patients and residents. The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for assisting in conducting physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation. Be a part of our in-house team of compassionate rehabilitation professionals who are committed to helping each patient recover the strengths, skills, independence, and confidence to return to their highest level of function and an active life.
Responsibilities:- Work alongside the Physical Therapists to develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on individualized rehabilitation.
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery.
- Assist in determining the effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress.
- Record and document patient care services accurately and concisely.
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
- Current MA State PTA License.
- Experience in SNF setting is preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
