Position: RN / MDS Coordinator

The RN / MDS Coordinator manages Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents to ensure proper reimbursement. Responsibilities include maintaining MDS assessment schedules, performing concurrent reviews, collaborating with staff for accurate documentation, and ensuring quality care plans.

Requirements include:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure in the state of employment
• At least one year of long-term care clinical nursing experience
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and MDS completion is highly desirable
• Current BLS/CPR certification
