The role
We are looking for an experienced Director of Building Control to join our growing team.
This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for providing direction across the Building Control business, supporting our people and contributing to the continued development and success of Vantage.
We are looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with proven leadership experience and a genuine commitment to developing people and delivering a high-quality service to our clients.
About you
You will have:
- Minimum RBI Class 3G(4)
- Diverse project experience
- Strong leadership experience
- Experience developing teams and individuals
