What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and maintain vehicles to ensure they are clean, ready, and properly coordinated for showroom display, events, test drives, and new car delivery.
- Get vehicles ready for marketing events (cleaning, polishing, fuel/charging).
- Ensure cars are fully prepared and presentable before handover.
- Install event car plates and perform basic checks.
- Keep display cars clean, polished, and showroom-ready.
- Position vehicles neatly and ensure labels are correctly placed.
- Maintain and monitor charging systems for EVs.
- Support daily showroom operations and setup.
- Ensure vehicles are ready, charged, and in great condition for customers.
- Fix plates and maintain proper labels.
- Flag any issues promptly.
- Assist with inspections, movement, and basic setup of new vehicles.
- Work closely with Sales Consultants on new car delivery to ensure smooth delivery process.
- Attend to adhoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Who We’re Looking For
- This is a 12-Month Contract position.
- GCE “O” Level and above (or equivalent).
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license.
- Minimum 3 years experience in logistic role (automotive industry experience is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environment, strong intercommunication skills.
