What Youll Be Doing
As a Procurement Administrator, youll play a key role in supporting procurement operations by managing tender project processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage and support tender project processes, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records in Procurement Share Point folders.
- Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and procedures.
- Provide essential administrative support to the procurement team, including documentation and coordination.
- Keep procurement paperwork, records, and deadlines on track with strong organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and value for the company.
- Analyze supplier proposals and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
