Vantage Automotive Limited is seeking an Admin Assistant to support insurance claims processing and administration in the Body & Paint department.

You will manage end-to-end claim submissions, coordinate with insurers and surveyors, monitor repair progress, and ensure timely documentation while delivering excellent customer service.

Key duties include assisting with GIA reporting, preparing quotations, arranging surveyor assessments, and coordinating with insurers.
