Vanta is seeking a Lead People Business Partner for Post-Sales to partner with the SVP of Post-Sales and the leadership team across Account Management, Customer Success, and Support. You will shape talent strategy, org design, and change management while handling complex performance and employee relations matters to scale the function.

This role emphasizes partnering with Directors+ globally, driving headcount planning, and delivering data-driven insights to improve retention and engagement.
