As the first Sr. Product Enablement Manager at Vanta, you'll be the architect of how our GTM teams learn, understand, and articulate Vanta's product value and capabilities to customers. You'll design and deliver enablement programs that translate product strategy into field readiness, drive product adoption, and directly impact revenue outcomes. This is a senior IC role that will own the full lifecycle of product enablement for both presales and post sales GTM — from discovery and curriculum design, rigorous program management, through delivery, measurement, and continuous iteration. What you’ll do as a Senior Product Enablement Manager at Vanta:
- Develop the Product Enablement Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive product enablement and training strategy aligned with product launches, business goals, and customer needs.
- Create and Manage Training Content: Lead the creation of engaging and scalable training content, including video tutorials, e-learning modules, webinars, and certifications.
- Oversee Product Documentation: Partner with product teams to ensure our help center, knowledge base, and other documentation are accurate, easy to understand, and up-to-date.
- Analyze and Optimize: Use data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs and documentation. Continuously iterate and improve the user learning experience.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert: Act as a go-to resource for customer-facing teams (sales, support, customer success) by developing internal enablement materials and delivering training sessions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers and PMMs to understand new features and roadmap plans, and with marketing and sales to support go-to-market strategies.
- Define and track success metrics (time-to-product proficiency, adoption rates, feature utilization, customer expansion, NPS impact) and present data-driven insights to leadership.
- Stay current on product changes, competitive landscape, and industry trends; proactively identify opportunities to improve enablement quality.
- Experiment with product knowledge testing through innovative AI approaches.
How to be successful in this role:
- 8–10 years in product enablement, GTM enablement, or similar role; bonus points for prior quota-carrying sales or customer success or PMM experience.

- Product acumen—ability to quickly understand complex product features, positioning, and differentiation, and translate them into field-ready training.
- Proficiency with enablement technology including LMS platforms (Sana), content management systems (Seismic, Highspot), knowledge bases (Guru), and conversation intelligence tools (Gong).

- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complexity and engage diverse audiences.
- Customer-first mindset with a systems thinking approach; you design enablement with learner needs and real-world application at the center.
- Huge plus if you are familiar with the GRC/Security space or have worked in a highly technical environment.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
