Requirements

  • 4+ years of channel partner experience working within software/SaaS
  • Must be able to work 3 days per week in our London or Dublin office with 2 days at home
  • Be fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
  • Excellent cross‑functional team player that can execute and contribute to strategy
  • Highly driven self‑starter that thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Customer focused approach
  • Experience in operations, with an ability to help create and organize business processes and systems
  • Understanding and experience with IT Service Providers and the IT Channel
  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work – demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact

What the job involves

  • As one of our Channel Managers for the DACH region, you’ll manage Vanta channel partnerships across the region, driving our VAR and resell partners to deploy Vanta more broadly
  • This role sits within Vanta’s Partnerships team, where you will have a direct role in bringing Vanta’s vision of securing every technology company through channel partners
  • You will help us ensure that our partners always receive quality guidance and enablement as they go‑to‑market with Vanta
  • Drive net new pipeline and ARR for the DACH region via a book of channel partners, specifically resellers and VARs
  • Enable and build relationships with existing Vanta partners
  • Direct a one‑to‑many approach to developing business within the region
  • Build one‑to‑one relationships with key partners across DACH
  • Manage your pipeline effectively, working alongside Account Executives in the business to close deals
