This role sits within Vanta’s Partnerships team, where you will have a direct role in bringing Vanta’s vision of securing every technology company through channel partners. You will help us ensure that our partners always receive quality guidance and enablement as they go-to-market with Vanta. This role will be based from either our Dublin or London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What you’ll do as a Channel Manager for the French market at Vanta:

  • Drive net new pipeline and ARR for the French market via a book of channel partners (service and sales oriented)
  • Enable and build relationships with existing Vanta partners
  • Direct a one-to-many approach to developing business within the region
  • Build one-to-one relationships with key partners across France
  • Manage your pipeline effectively, working alongside Account Executives in the business to close deals

How to be successful in this role:

  • 4+ years of channel partner experience working within software/SaaS
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French required
  • Must be able to work 3 days per week in our Dublin or London offices with 2 days at home
  • Excellent cross-functional team player that can execute and can contribute to strategy
  • Highly driven self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Customer focused approach
  • Experience in operations, with an ability to help create and organize business processes and systems
  • Understanding and experience with IT Service Providers and the IT Channel.
  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
